4. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
- UPI: Refunded to the original UPI ID
- Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account
- Wallet: Refunded to the original wallet
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
For approved refunds due to manufacturing defects:
- We will arrange and pay for return shipping
- Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of refund approval
- Product must be in the same condition as received (except for the manufacturing defect)

Please note the difference between warranty service and refunds:
- Warranty: Free repair or replacement for covered defects
- Refund: Full money back only for manufacturing defects within 30 days
- Most issues are resolved through warranty service rather than refunds
- Refunds are reserved for cases where warranty service is not feasible
